My remodelling project went well. Along with the addition, we had rotten facia boards replaced, outside blinds painted, hardwood floors refinished, a wall removed and an arch installed in it's place, a bathroom remodelled, the sheetrock walls retextured and painted, and an upgrade of all electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. There were a few issues / complications that needed to addressed, but everything was resolved to my satisfaction! Ron Fontenot, Jr. was the super-intendent on my job. His knowledge and expertise was most impressive! I had a vision of how I wanted my house to look, and during the planning stages, Ron provided me with several 3-D CAD 'walk-thru' videos that helped me to visualize what the finished product would be. He also triumphed in building me a lower kitchen cabinet pull-out that allowed me to utilize the dead space in the corner. I shared my idea with Ron of how I wanted this pull-out to look and function, and he made it happen! He also experimented with mixing multiple stain colors until he found the exact color that I wanted on my kitchen cabinets. Moreover, one of the owners of S&D Coastal Construction, Sam Goodbread, is a consumate professional who clearly cares deeply about his company, as well as the results that they provide! This company took all of my design ideas and requests, and turned my house into my dream home. I would hire S&D Coastal Construction again in a heartbeat!
